Danish aid vehicles bombed in Gaza


Ambulances in Gaza belonging to DanChurchAid were totalled from bombing by Israeli forces

Three ambulances belonging to Danish humanitarian organisation DanChurchAid were destroyed by Israeli bombs in Gaza on Monday night, reports public broadcaster DR.

The newly-purchased vehicles were being used to treat and transport Palestinians wounded in the recent attacks in the region by the Israeli military, according to a DanChurchAid spokesman.

At the time of the bombing the ambulances were parked in a closed lot near a hospital.

According to DanChurchAid, no one was injured in the attack.
